Activity report can be accessed from the ‘More options’ menu of the Campus Dashboard screen as the Activity Report is a campus-specific functionality.
The view of the Activity report will be a single campus at a time with activities of single, multiple or all users displayed (based on user selection). The generic activity report will display activities performed by all users having campus access. For other users, they can view only their own activities within the campus they have access to.
When you open the Activity report, by default, activities of all users associated with your account for that campus will be there (if you are the account owner or have full access to the campus).
At the top left-corner of the campus, there will be drop-down for campus selection (only those campuses will be available to selection, where the user has access, but if the user is the account owner, then that user will find all users in the drop-down). There will be option to select and view activities of specific user for the specific campus, through filter with search option (this user selection is available for user having full access to the campus or account admin).
The Activity report opened at Campus level (i.e. from inside a campus) by default, shows the activities inside that campus, although user will be given the option to select activity of other campuses to which he/she has access.

The activity report will display the activity type (i.e. file addition/deletion, campus addition/deletion, widget addition, equipment editing building added/edited, user related etc.), Activity description, the name of the user who performed the activity, email ID of that user, the date on which the activity was performed.
On Activity report details of each activity might be given, for example, for an activity concerning editing a field in equipment (like Serial No.) it will be stated that the Serial No. of this equipment is changed from ‘this’ to ‘this’.
All navigations, actions (CRUD activities) will be displayed on the Activity report
The user will be able to view activities of those modules of the campus to which he/she has access.
Users can change to view activities of another campus other than the activities of one currently visible from the top campus selection drop-down menu.
Users can choose to view activities performed within a specific period – last 24 hours, last 7 days, last 30 days, and for a custom period by clicking ‘Filter’ button, then date range selection drop-down.
When the custom period is selected, user can choose any date range (start date and end date) and all activities falling within this period will be displayed to the user.
Users will enter the ‘From’ & ‘To’ date, and the dates are auto selected, to view activities falling within the specified date range.
There will be filter options available for users to view activities for specific users (if the user viewing the activity is an account owner or has full access to the campus).
To initiate the filter option, the user will click the [Filter] button and open the filter panel for user selection.
For example, the account admin wants to view activity of a specific user. He/she will select the checkbox beside the user to view the activities of that specific user within that campus.
‘Search’ in ‘User’ section under Filter (right-panel) will allow entry of username & email address as search keyword. Also, under each username on the filter, the email ID of that user should be displayed in small font (not included in application yet).
Note: If the count is more than 1000 on report generation after date range selection, then email will be sent to user with the activity list.
