ARC Facilities

The campus map (if uploaded for campus creation) and the floor plans for each Floor under each Building will be stored within the ‘System Folder’ in the ‘Folders & Files’ module, in a logically segregated & structured manner. Within the Systems folder, the ‘Building Plans’ & the ‘Campus map’ will be saved automatically whenever you upload the same during campus creation.

For example, the structure Building Plans -> Buildings -> Floors -> uploaded floor plans - that same structure will be created/replicated (folder structure with Building Plans as a root folder, then inside it various Buildings as folders, then various Floors as folders and inside these Floor folders the uploaded floor plans will be stored) inside the Systems folder within the Folders & Files module of that campus. 

You will be able to sort folders (in descending or ascending order), export file metadata and view shared history of the Systems folder.

There will be no option to upload files and create folders inside the ‘System folder’.

From inside the folder structure, you will only be able to download, share and view these files.

You must navigate inside the system folder (by double-clicking on that folder) to view the ‘Building Plans’ & ‘Campus Map’ system folders.

Click the button to switch to list view from the grid view, where the Discipline, Description & Size is displayed.

Inside the Building Plans folder, there will be various Building folders double click to move inside any folder.

Inside the Building folder for each Building, there will be various Floor folders for each floor. Double click to move inside any folder.

Under each floor there will be floor plans. Double click to move inside any folder.

You can select system folder or any sub-folder inside it (by clicking on it) to find the option to download the folder and its contents (all sub-folder & files inside it), share it or view info.

Note: If you are in list view, simply check the checkbox present beside the folder to select it.

Multi-selection at same level is allowed but in this case the info viewing feature will not be available.

Click the [2] button to deselect the selected folders.

You can select floor plans inside system folder (by single clicking on it) to find the option to download, share, view info or view version history of the selection files.
