On opening the Construction Projects module, you are presented with a list of available Projects (Projects may be renovations to existing buildings or new buildings under construction).

 

While active, information about Projects is organized in this module. Upon completion of the Project, you may opt to add the building their main account, at which point some of the information contained in the Construction Projects module is transferred to the Building Plans and O&M Documentation modules.

 

  1. Project Selection (User selects from a list of Projects)

Displays the following options for the selected Project.

  1. Displays the Cover sheet of a linked Spec Document
  1. RFIs (widget)
  1. Displays a list of closed RFIs

  1. Submittals (widget)
  1. Displays a Submittal Log
  1. O&M Documents (widget)
  1. Opens a folder which may contain a variety of content and sub-folders.
  1. Warranties (widget)
  1. Opens a folder which may contain a variety of content and sub-folders.
  1. Other Documents (widget)
  1. Opens a folder which may contain a variety of content and sub-folders.

 

You will be able to create custom widgets inside this module to setup the module as per requirement.

 

Through this screen, you will be able to create ‘Custom widget’ by clicking the ‘Create Widget’ button, then click [Add Custom Widget] button on the panel opened up at the right side of the screen.

 

After this the ‘Custom widget’ creation popup appears.

 

Select the icon of the widget, then enter the name & description of the widget, then enter [Create] button to create the widget.

Immediately after custom widget creation you will be able to select the widget destination which will be either another widget, or any folders/file from Folders & Files module.

 

After selecting destination, the widget will be displayed on the ‘Construction Projects’ screen.

You will be able to edit or delete the custom widgets.

So, based upon destination selection, when you navigate inside the newly created widget, you will either enter inside a nested widget or open a folder/file through Viewer.
