Follow the given procedure to start the ARC Facilities app:
- Type the URL of the app in your browser address bar and then hit ‘Enter’ on the computer keyboard to reach the app sign in screen.
The ARC Facilities application ‘Sign in’ screen appears.
Screenshot below displays the default Sign in screen which first appears (Login using Email or Phone no.):
If you are a registered user, then you can choose to enter either email address or phone no. using which you had registered in the account. Otherwise, you can use your Google account or Apple account access credentials for signing into the application.
- If you already have an account, enter your registered email ID or phone no. using which you have registered earlier within the respective screen.
- Next click [Continue].
You will receive a security code for verification via the email ID or phone number provided during the sign-in attempt.
- Enter the security code into the designated field located below the "Security Code" heading.

- Click [Sign in] button to enter the application successfully.
Note: The security code needs to be entered within 3 minutes of receiving, otherwise the security code will expire, and you will get an option saying, “Resend security code”.
- Click on “Resend security code” to get the security code again via email or phone no. whichever was entered during the login attempt.

If you wish to enter the application via the password which you have set previously while registering into the application, you need to click on [Sign in with password] present below [Sign in].

- Enter the Password and click [Sign in] to enter the application.
User can also revert to the security code entry screen, by clicking the ‘Sign in with security code’ link.
NOTE:
- If you enter an invalid email address during sign in or reset password attempt, then a message saying “Invalid email address” is shown.
- If you enter a wrong password after entering a registered email address, the toast message “Invalid credentials” is displayed.
Resetting password
If you have forgotten your password, then click the ‘Forgot password?’ link to send a password reset link from the app to the registered email ID.
Hence, after clicking the ‘Forgot password?’ link, you will reach the email verification screen.

Your registered email ID will appear populated by default.
- First, you will have to verify that you are not a robot through a captcha. After Captcha verification only [Send instructions] will be enabled.
- Click [Send instructions] to send the password reset link to the registered email ID displayed on this screen.
The app will display a ‘Recovery Email Sent’ confirmation.
Once you open your email address, you will find the recovery email with password reset instructions.

Once you click [Reset Password] in your email, the Reset password screen will appear.

- Enter the new password twice (second time for confirmation) and click the [Reset] to change the password.
The app will display a confirmation message that the password was reset successfully.

Now, click [Return to sign in] to return to the Sign in screen to access the application with the freshly reset password.
