Follow the given procedure to manage the album photos:

  1. Click on the album folder under the tree structure on the left-side of the screen, the photos of which you want to manage.

  2. Click on the [Manage campus album] icon. The Manage campus album window pops up. This is shown below.

  1. To delete photo(s) from the album, just select the checkboxes under the photo(s) and click the [Delete] button. A warning message on a pop-up box appears. Click on [Yes] to proceed with the deletion of the selected photos from the album.

  2. Click on the button under a photo to update other information of that photo like Title, Description & Search Tags.

    • Enter/modify information and the click [Update] button to update/modify photo information.

  3. Click [Close] to close the Manage campus album pop-up box.
