Add New Album

Follow the given procedure to create a new album folder within the 'Album' module of a campus:

  1. Navigate inside the 'Album' module of a campus. You will reach the Campus album screen.

  2. Click (Create Album button). A pop-up box called Create album appears.

Enter the name of the album and click the [Save] button to create the album. The newly created album will be displayed as a folder directly under the campus icon (because this album is created at a root level) at the left-side panel and as an album thumbnail on the right-side panel. Similarly, to create albums within another Album, you will either have to navigate inside an existing album from the right-side panel and then click on (Create Album button) or select the specific Album folder from the left-hand tree structure and then click on(Create Album button) to create the album. This new album will be a nested album under the selected album.


Rename Album

Follow the given procedure to rename albums:

  1. Click on the album folder under the tree structure on the left-side of the screen to select the album which you want to rename.

  2. Click on button on the left-side of the Campus album screen over the album tree structure to view the menu.

  3. From the menu click on the [Rename album] button to open the 'Rename Album' pop-up box.

  4. Modify the existing name and then click on [Save] button to save the changes. The changed name of the album will be reflected on the screen.

Remove Album

Follow the given procedure to delete an album:

  1. Click on the album folder under the tree structure on the left-side of the screen to select the album which you want to delete.

  2. Click on button on the left-side of the Campus album screen over the album tree structure to view the menu.

  3. From the menu click on [Remove Album] to delete the Album. A warning message appears "Are you sure you want to delete this album?"

  4. Click the [Yes] button to proceed with the deletion, otherwise click the [No] button to abort.
